If you are referencing an eBook, with the Oxford referencing style, you need to include all the relevant information required so that the reader can easily locate the source of your reference. In this case, the information sufficient for this is:
Surname, First name, Title [online text], (place of publication: publisher, year), in Library database, accessed DD Month YYYY
With all the information properly included, you will have a reference that looks like the below in your reference list, or bibliography:
Kelsall, Robert, Hamley, Ian and Geoghegan, Mark, Nanoscale Science and Technology [online text], (Chichester: John Wiley & Sons Ltd., 2005), in Google books, accessed 16 February 2013
If you are referring to an eBook as a footnote, you will write it in much the same way, except for the order of the first two parts, and the use of lower case letters instead of all capitals. Using our example from above, the change into a footnote would look like this:
Robert Kelsall, Ian Hamley and Mark Geoghegan, Nanoscale Science and Technology [online text], (Chichester: John Wiley & Sons Ltd., 2005), in Google books, accessed 16 February 2013
